I worked with Stacy and Eric at rooftop to sell my mother's property that was in a confusing probate while living in another state. They took care of everything and made a painful experience a whole lot less painful. They did everything from move the furniture out of house, repairs, painting, cleaning and the yard work! Our home sold quickly with the help of a great real estate agent with expertise market knowledge. Eric was great to work with and he was very knowledgeable about the market and what would bring in the best opportunity to sell the home. He listened to our concerns and answered our questions as they came up and was able to help with some of the repairs that were needed on the inspection report. He helped us understand the market and what to expect when the home was being showed.

One thing that we felt could have been better was quicker response to some of our questions that came up that we needed answers to quickly, but for the most part, the communication was great.

We would recommend Eric to others considering selling their home. He will get it sold!

Rooftop Realty is by far the best real estate company we have worked with. Our agent was patient and worked very well with us. My husband is picky and was looking for just the right property and never did we feel like our agent felt we were wasting his time.
